Yes, I have never worked in a childcare setting and I think I am doing very well. My managers are pleased with me and I have so many opportunities to learn new skills and do courses. My tutor from paragon skills, is so helpful. She is encouraging and helps me grow in all ways. Without her I would’ve been so lost.

Why?

I think it is a lovely setting to work at. They are extremely friendly and are so welcoming. They respect my religion really well. They take into consideration Ramadan and my praying times daily.
