Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Training sessions had 3-4 training’s everyday and the desk role included working on a presentation, reading about previous transactions and understanding it from different people in the team who worked on it and receiving training from the entire team and tasks to be done
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was an eye opening experience and a very good insight of the role. Having enjoyed it, I didn’t see time passing by since it was a really good learning opportunity

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The working environment was really good and each and every person in the company is very kind, supportive and eager to help. They all seem to be loving the work and having good relationships with each other which makes the culture wonderful.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed it a lot. Instead oh being super busy people still make out time for me to explain things and help you. It was all like a dream come true

I would say, try your best because this is the best. Nomura is a company which will make your hard work worth it since it is such a good working environment with so many opportunities
