Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The programme started with 3 days of financial training and networking lunches. After this we joined a team in our chosen divisions, shadowing and also working on individual projects we had been given. There were various introductory talks given throughout the programme explaining different parts of the bank.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The programme gave me an excellent exposure into roles that I hadn't considered previously. We were all encouraged to network with as many people as possible, helping us understand the roles that people have in even greater detail.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to speak to interns regardless of their seniority. The company culture is both inclusive and supportive, so it seemed like a great place to start and grow your career.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight program! From day 1 I felt a strong sense of community with the other interns on the program. I had so much fun over the two weeks and would love to come back to the company one day
