Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I'm working as a health care assistant, this job role is involving talking care of residents from an unit, including bathing, feeding, keeping safe everyone around.
Same role is including completing files of every resident, wellbeing charts, food and fluids charts,,reports about all changes in their lives.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I did enjoy the programme, it was sometimes a lot of topics and lots of assessments, lots of questions to answer. Because during the work time I can't do anything, is always busy and free time is really limited, all of the course I should do it on my time off.
I didn't have a tutor or a mentor, all my support was my trainer.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
During this course, adult care lead, I learned a lot about many topics, including health and safety, legislation, infection control, using correct personal protection equipment, how to manage stress, how to maintain a happy atmosphere at work, learn new skills and techniques,,differences and similarity between duty of care and duty of candour.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Is well organized, but could do with a little bit simplifying. Some of the questions aren't clear enough, could do with more multichoise quizzes.
Is just my own opinion.
It will take less time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
Almost nothing.
My mentor left just after I started this apprenticeship and non of the staff recomend could help me,everyone was always busy.
I should insisted every time when I got stacked. It wasn't easy at all, to be honest, but I almost finished without help of my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I got a lot of support from my trainer ,she was always available, always there when I needed. I really appreciate all the help my trainer gave me,explaining the things I didn't understand,
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualifications has already help me to perform better in my role because now I understand what means duty of care and duty of candour, I know the legislation and rights, I get to understand better rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
None
