My job role involve operational delivery work. Handling case files, Verifying customers' application document and creating new cases, sending correspondences to customers and replying letters and emails.

I do receive a great support by my employer, Manager and team members. I am given two days off work each month for my learning days.

I receive great support from the training provider especially my Talent Coach who always support my learning, mark and provide feedbacks to support my improvement
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification through Lifetime training provider helps my to preform better in my job role. It have improved my knowledge and skill and in turn have impacted greatly in my performances at job place and my goal achievement in general

Yes, we have football teams and several professional networking events.
