Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Mostly panels and case studies to learn more and gain insight about specific teams and divisions within Nomura. Also had the chance to network with employees during lunches as well as during specific sessions

It was nice as I gained a deeper understanding also about roles I was already interested into

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Definitely learned more about the banking industry and came across teams and roles that I didn’t even know existed. I found also really useful the soft skills workshops and then the most important part was networking as I really got the chance to understand “without filters” what the jobs actually consists of as well as the culture at Nomura

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Super nice people and amazing staff. What I found amazing is the fact that during lunches I had the chances to talk to MDs and really senior people but they were super down to earth and willing to listen and help
