My role involves performing different tasks in assurance. This can range across many tasks like testing and all lead to a greater understanding of the nature of businesses and the finance world.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program as I that the skills and experiences that I am going through are invaluable. I also feel valued and feel like the company truly invested in the development of me and my colleagues that joined in the same period.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have enhanced many skills that I already had like teamworking and communicating, but also largely developed other aspects and skills like time management and responsibility.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is extremely organised. There are many systems in place to support new joiners, like being assigned a buddy and counsellor.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support seems unlimited. Support is given through so many ways, for example through other people, along with systems that we can contact for different issues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support we receive from the training provider is excellent. Everything is well organised and they truly put effort in supporting us.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
