so much and the structure means I have several people I can go to for different things and everyone is so kind

definitely helps a lot - especially the assurance module I find knowledge from that comes up everyday at work

I get treated very well, it is a very inclusive and encouraging environment, all the people are very friendly and I get well supported throughout.
