I support my team with audit work and planning. I am delegated work to complete to better my knowledge and understanding.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my experience so far, its been challenging and interesting and a very fun experience during which I've learnt loads of new and useful information.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have largely developed my technological skills especially with applications such as Excel, PDF, and Word, as well as our internal systems. I have also developed my teamworking and communications skills.

The structure of the programme is very well designed and I have a lot of people i can go to if i have any questions.

Yes there is a ton of events that are available and the social culture of the business is amazing.

I've had an amazing experience so far with EY and I'm excited to see what is to come and i would recommend that for anyone.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
Make sure to network straight away with other apprentices as well as people in your department/team as it is so beneficial going forward.
