Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
- creating and filing tax computations/returns
- sending out information requests
- completing safety procedures around new clients
- note-taking in meetings
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I love the people and the environment. They are very considerate that you're young and new to the firm so they are weary of that when delegating tasks and explaining them.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
- organisation
- communitcation
- listening / attention to detail

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
It is quite structured, but I wish the first 6 exams weren't so spread out for apprentices. Maybe a 1/2 month gap would be enough before returning to college.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
They are understanding when I ask to work from home during the week before my exam.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
We barely get any study leave which is something that should be increased.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
First intuition is very helpful with their teaching structure and content notes. Love it. However, I wish they spread out the content over more days rather than rushing the teaching at times.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Loads of networks, societies, and events. Many opportunities available that could relate to a wide variety of people.
