I am designing apps and dashboards for both external clients and internal teams to manage and remediate against business risks

Currently I anjoy the program, I am learning lots and an engaged in interesting work for clients.

Yes, I have learnt skills in app design using Microsoft Power Apps, dashboard creating using Power BI and database management using SQL.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is organized well, it is the 4th year it is in place and many of the issues experienced previously have been overcome.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have support in many different levels, individually I have a buddy who is on the program in the year above, my line manager/counsellor who meets regarding career progression and the corporate team meets with us monthly for feedback
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have meetings with a coach monthly to support and we have regular feedback stages.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have received interesting business insights and will receive formal training in many technical areas that will support my day to day job.

Yes, I have so far been involved in some extra volunteering work using my previous life experience and I am joining the newly formed Badminton club.
