Bearing in mind no 2days can be the same, my role as an health care support worker, is filled with very exiting experience, with alot to learn and trainings to attend to maintain company standard care quality with Employer take very serious, I love the opportunity my role comes with.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like my trainer, She is very good, she encourages me and ensure I submit quality standard work, she also ensures I am learning and practicing knowledge acquired.

Yes, You learn everyday, you have different experience, staff and senior staff are always on ground to share from their past experience, So we always learn new skills and develop existing skills and drop skills that aren't relevant to us in the long run.

Very well organised, I love the smooth progression into each model or units, all interrelated with my everyday task which also have helped me to developed faster.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive they go all out to provide me with all necessary tools to ensure I succeed, my work patterns is also designed to acquire hands on task experience
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support gotten from my training provider is marvelous.. I really wish she continues to other levels of the NVQ with me

I have received feedbacks from staff and managers about how I have grown within my role. Which makes me want to do more and learn more.
