Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Within my role I support volunteers by scheduling different tasks, attend team meetings, work in recruitment, answer emails and attend to phone calls. I also work on mini projects to improve the service and do a little bit of accounting.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot. it has helped me in many different way and helped me to personally develop within myself.

My programme is well structured and has given me a clear understanding of how an apprenticeship should work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my managers and collegues and they have help guided me till where I am today.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from Paragon Skills, my assessor is lovely and supports me in anything I have troubles with. I am very appreciative of the support I have received so far.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Fairly well, although I think being on the job will sometimes always be better than the theoretical side of my qualification as it gives me a better insight and my own experience.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not that I know of, I've only been to one networking event which was held earlier last year.
