Panel talks about investment banking from employees across the bank, desk placement during the second week- given a presentation to complete and present at the end of the programme, networking lunches and opportunities with mentor, buddies and interns
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Informative, and given an honest depiction of a day-to-day life of investment bankers across the bank as a whole.

Yes, interpersonal skills have been developed to be in an investment banking sphere, excel beginners skills have been ignited, taught how to make a presentation in line with the company format, technical investment banking skills have been developed, and given the opportunity to complete courses in equity for example.
