In the claims department, I facilitate the processing and handling of insurance claims as part of my job. I help every day with data entry, documentation of claims, and interaction with policyholders and other important parties. I support preserving claim records, guaranteeing accurate and effective claim handling, and upholding legal and corporate guidelines.
