A project manager, this includes me governing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) which includes the maintenance and governance of project documentation .
In addition to managing and delivering projects which includes resource, schedule, scope, risk & issue management.

Yes, I have been able to focus on developing my skills from consolidating my knowledge and theory of the profession which has been applied in my skills and behaviour to be able to deliver projects and become more confident in my ability and skillset.

Monthly catch ups in the diary after each module and able to contact whenever I have any questions/issues..

It has given me the confidence and consolidated the knowledge which I was able to apply to my day to day work. It also allowed me to gain insight and understanding to be able to challenge the norm.
