My role involves checking financial reports , and providing the consultancy to assist clients ,whom most are also company/business owners of the right financial move that they should make so as to assure them of their profitability once they are in an investment.I am also part of a team tasked with tax audits
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme because that is the only way I can encourage myself to wake up everyday and engage in the program.I have my day to day activities schedule .I also make sure that in everything i do ,I make sure that my skill is improved especially with regards to profession

I have learnt new skills as well as developed the existing ones .I am obliged to keep learning new skills so as to match up the speed that the world is moving ,especially with the technologies emerging with a view to making work work easier day by day in society

My programme is well structured and planned ,considering my other activities that have to be considered in my schedule .My programme is also structured in a manner to allow maximum efficiency by its concious planning .I also encourage myself to put effort so as to realize the success of the programme

I receive enough support from my employer that comes in many ways both financially but also technically.My employer is always ever ready to engage me in ways to improve or daily activities and also ready to make any recommended changes that are projected to lead to win -win situations

Yes , in our company such extra-curricular activities are encouraged since they boost team building and also provide avenue for unwinding after the monotonous tasks that we find ourselves obliged to participate each and every time in the company .such extra-curricular activities involves events that we plan to attend or involve ourselves as colleagues

Why?
Yes , I would recommend it as an organized employer who has hardworking employees ,hence working with them is very easy as well as fulfilling . Deloitte also supports its empoyers in many ways hence building hardwork among its workers. It also has swift management when an issue is raised by anyone
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte?
I will give my advise that competency is one factor that is highly considered since the company project to have maximum efficiency and output by any employee.Previos experience is also considered should work hard in their respective positions today.I will also advise them not to give up applying
