i enjoy the work experience however dislike the lack of concern with giving apprentices more time to focus on exams.

Organisation needs to be further developed - obtaining enrolment + materials for exams + exam dates tend to be very last minute. Difficult to understand who to reach out to for what etc.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been extremely supportive to my personal circumstances. However I have experiences where some colleagues feel that my studies are not a priority and have highlighted that they are an inconvenience. My employer could be more supportive through allowing more study days rather than using annual leave
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support could be further developed - opportunity for 1:1 mentoring should be made available. Strong focus oin assumed knowledge and not interested in going into details to clarify the assumed knowledge aspects

yes - plethora of social events however they could increases professional networking events alongside tailoring these activates to a more diverse background (i.e people who do not follow the drinking culture)
