As a Salesforce apprentice in sales, my role involves assisting the sales team with various tasks, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management. I support the sales process by conducting research, organizing data, and contributing to customer engagement activities, ensuring a seamless workflow and customer satisfaction. I also study for a level 4 in sales
