The rewards, benefits and recognition within Poundland, Dealz and PEP&CO. This includes management of the company car fleet, colleague discount, loyal service, bonus, pay review, updating the P11d software etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the structure of having deadlines for assignments, and having the live sessions recorded as this fits in with my busy schedule. Sometimes the tasks on Bud could be a little too much to complete on top of the assignments given my role (no team)
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through the apprenticeship I have gained confidence in my abilities and am able to advise on my area of expertise with conviction. I have also improved my resilience, time management and organisational skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The platform was easy to use and the schedule of live sessions/cohort cafes was well planned
How much support do you receive from your employer?

It has been difficult to get the time in work to complete the apprenticeship however this hasn't been through lack of employer support but has just been impossible at times due to not having a team and having a busy role

The qualification has given me technical expertise around reward, talent planning, employment law etc. as well as giving me confidence in the role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are social events throughout the year, and I have recently organized a loyal service event for colleagues who achieved 25 years service
