I manage a team of nine Contact Center Agents. I report daily on the Teams call statistics and budget management.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I fully enjoy working on my course. My job role is very demanding and busy and it can be hard to turn off at times to study but it is always worth it in the end.

I have learnt allot of new ways of working when it comes to spotting & implementing new processes.
