In a day to day, I am someone that helps children explore different types of opportunities and experiences that will help them gain knowledge for the future, I create activities that support children’s development so that they gain gain the knowledge they need to.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love that I get to work hands on with the children and staff and the work that I do, really helps me gain more knowledge in my role.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt to think about how ever child is different and how they learn in different ways, I have learnt a lot about time management and gained a lot of confidence.

Not really however we will meet up after work and have a talk about the days and what will happen next.

Why?
Because it is really enjoyable and there is always someone to help whenever you need it and it explains things very well and not in too much detail so that it becomes confusing.
