I was given a reasonable level of responsibility, which included meaningful tasks and being exposed to multiple business streams and other departments, it was very useful to develop my personal skills but not too much that the role felt overburdening

I have learned the basics of SAP manufacturing management systems, but this role has also allowed me to develop my interpersonal communication skills and increase my proficiency in Microsoft office

I received very good support and guidance throughout my placement from not only my line manager and immediate team members but from employees across the business are more than willing to support with any project and provide helpful guidance through any issues that may arise

The company has a hardworking but very inclusive atmosphere with plenty of opportunities and social events to attend to develop your interpersonal relationships to gain the most out of the experience in this working environment

I thoroughly enjoyed the placement throughout as I found the work to be initially challenging but rewarding also the inclusiveness in the team made the working environment more relaxed and enjoyable as well as challenging, the placement fully met my expectations of a hardworking environment with plenty of skills and opportunities to professionally develop
