Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Checking in passengers and proving a warm and pleasant start to their journey, helping them wherever we can. We also do boarding at aircraft gates and help our premium passengers in the lounges.

Our programme is very well organised and we always know when our study days are and when we are required yo attend workshops. The team managing us is really helpful

We recieve alot of support from our employer. They make sure we are always doing our best and do whatever they can to make sure we are

I think they qualification we get will help us move higher up in the company faster tha direct entrants and it helps us want to do the best we can at our role

We have alot of socials events we get to attend and also the company has its own sport teams which we can join
