Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Get involved in client fact gathering workshops and following this we carry out economic analysis to support the intercompany transactions of Group companies.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the job itself and the team which I am apart of, however the apprentership programme itself could be better developed.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my minute taking skills, my communications skills and my understanding of technical concepts in accounting and tax.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

In terms of on the job learning the programme is relatively new and informal, sessions are often planned and then rescheduled. But we do receive lots of ad hoc support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A relatively okay amount, however this can be somewhat sporadic.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not as much as I would like, more clarity on what is required of us would be appreciated.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not at all to be honest, as much of what is included in the qualification is not strictly relevant to my day to day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are lots of sports activities, and some social and networking activities. However the amount of these is reducing and are more sporadic than they used to be.
