Normally take part in meetings, taking notes and sharing ideas. Have a set portfolio area that I over see and ensure everything is kept up to date. I work in the recruitment side and conduct interviews and screening of candidates
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy working in different teams and networking across the business. I also enjoy having different responsibilities and tasks set each day.

I have developed my professionalism and team work skills. Also have developed how I communicate with new people and network with different teams.

I think it is really well structured with good length on each placement and good exposure to learning and developing new skills
