I enjoy the challenges that come along with the day to day work, as well as having the opportunity to do my coursework along the side

I have learnt all the processes and procedures at the airport. I have also developed my communication skills and ability to adapt to different situations

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is organised adequately, as we get off lined and told about it in advanced as well as reminders, however sometimes things are unstructured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lot of support as we have the opportunity to talk to everyone dealing with the apprenticeships at any time as they are always there to help and very helpful!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We also get help and advice when stuck with our coursework and can always reach out for help when we get stuck
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

We get workshops which help us within out role such as delivering customer service, and ones that remind us of what we have already learnt prebiy
