I assist with the day to day management of portfolios within the wealth management sector

It has been tough, but I feel it was valuable and the end goal was worth the years prior

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Good was happy with the structure set out, one slight change half way through which affected program however was able to overcome and deal with remainder

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Harder being away from the university as not as easy as walking up to someone, however when required the provider was pretty responsive in most scenarios with good feedback where required
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Will allow me to develop and proceed, however I will also require further qualifications that the program did not offer, but it is a very good step
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Attempted to start a UBS rugby team, but COVID hit and it has been fairly challenging along the way. Also partake in 7-a-side football occasionally

Why?
The culture and people are what has really helped and attracted me to stay here at UBS. This is within the workplace alongside my studies, and I know the support will always remain with further studies I pursue

Be yourself, show why you are interested in growing with UBS as that is what they wish for anyone who comes in on this scheme
