As a Marketing Apprentice at Auto Trader, my role includes copywriting, creating content, community management, scheduling and planning content and getting involved in larger campaigns.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my apprenticeship programme with Baltic and it has been good to get experience in various areas of marketing.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Nearly everything I have learnt through my role and my apprenticeship has been a new skill for me. I have learnt so much about marketing and I have developed existing skills such as collaboration and team working.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the apprenticeship programme could be more clear, especially when it comes to the projects. The projects have to be written in a very specific way and the evidence provided has to be done in a particular way too.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel fully supported by my employer. The early careers team are always on hand to provide guidance and support and my manager has been extremely supportive in giving me the time I need to complete off the job training for my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that most of my learning is achieved through experience on the job and at work. I have learnt some useful things through the apprenticeship training however I don't feel it has had a huge impact on my ability to perform better in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are lots of networks, including early careers networks, regular social activities and lots of clubs I can join.
