Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I completed my Functional Skills with Paragon. It is an excellent training provider. They were really helpful and I achieved everything that I needed. I fully understand what was expected of me during the course and I would definitely complete another course with Paragon Skills. Loved it.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed all aspects. It has helped me to get more out of my role. I have learned communication skills and Maths and English skills and I have improved my existing abilities and extended my knowledge of my role through completing the training.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned new Maths and English skills, percentages and formulas as well as writing techniques. I really enjoyed all the aspects of the training and I would fully recommend Paragon Skills to everybody. I passed my Level 2 Functional Skills and it has helped me to carry on in my job role.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was really structured, the bud system was so simple to use, it was very easy to control and I had no trouble logging in all the aspects of my training.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I did receive a lot of support and guidance. I was able to access off the job hours and my manager helped me to understand these and gave me some in house training on the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a lot of training on my course and also I have received training from my employer. I gained support from both at all times and Paragon has helped me to continue my development. I will be looking to go back to Paragon to complete more training in the future.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
