Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Each day we were given exposure to a different division of the bank and we learnt about what they did. We also had fun group tasks where we got to know our peers on the programme.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was a great eye opener as it made me more aware of the roles that were probably not the best suited to me while also showing me opportunities that would work for my skill set

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I thoroughly enjoyed the insight. It gave me a great idea of the divisions that were suited to me and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions and clear my queries
