As a Level 3 apprentice, I can do tyres, batteries, bulbs, brakes by myself.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme a lot more than when I was just doing my Level 2 course (not apprenticeship) as I enjoy the working side a lot more and it gives me a lot more time within the workshop to learn new things.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The idea of repetition within my job allows me to work on my time keeping and overall efficiency. Before this apprenticeship, I never had the chance to change a tyre and now I can do this quickly and even change challenging tyres like run flats alone.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the beginning, my college day was unsure for a while but since then, I have got a good college structure and know when all my exams will be which gives me plenty of time for revision.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

From my managers within my centre, I get quite a lot of help, as well as from the techs.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have access to emails where I can contact them outside of my normal college hours.
