A lot.

Yes, I have learnt how to write emails in a professional manor, how to give good customer service even when the policy holder is not being nice, how to organise my day and my maths and english GCSE.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I think it would help if the tutor spoke to management in the workplace to make them understand the importance of giving the student time to do the work given to them, as sometimes it was hard to get off the phone.

My training provider was a great help, I would have not got through it had it not been for him. He supported me in every way.

4/5
He helped me put things into practice in the workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We do not have anything like that in my workplace.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Copart UK to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It is like a family unit, good work load and I love the people I work with.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Copart UK?
More room for improvement, I feel this is why people may leave as there is not much room for improvement and that is what people want, just like myself I hope to climb up the ladder.
