I have enjoyed studying the theory side of hairdressing so I can put them into practise in the salon.

I feel like the steps towards my qualification is great. However using the bud website has been confusing at first.

I receive plenty of support from my employer, she has been patient with me and has thrown me in once I have developed the skills in one topic.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received plenty of support from my training provider in terms of the things I have struggled with and my tutor gives me plenty of support and honest feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me perform the techniques that I need not just for my qualification but for what I need in my job. Also the theory tells me why I am doing what I am doing and how it helps.

I have been involved in a couple of training programs to help me with my apprenticeship and to advance more at my job.

I feel like all the staff have been lovely and supportive and I have learned a lot from my apprenticeship.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Paragon Skills?
Do not give up and do your best. If you feel you are not into the course, always be honest with them and the website bud is confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it is okay.
