Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Supporting the Asset Management first line of defence with operational risk and compliance matters. This includes providing advise, answering questions and providing support to the business. Also involves several different projects e.g. capital adequacy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy my program, however it is very time consuming and some information is not relevant to my job role.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt several new technical skills and a variety of knowledge.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is fairly well strucutued, however having to run two modules at the same time is not ideal.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve a lot of support from my line manager and supporting team. There is not a lot of help from the wider business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive support from the lecturers who provide a good basis to complete exams, however some lecturers have been better than others .
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some of the modules I have completed are not relevant to my job role and do not benefit me currently, although there could be a benefit in the future.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
