My role is a Business Administration Apprentice. My role involves day-to-day business administration, and as an apprentice, we also have the opportunity to increase our skills with the off the job learning we complete.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the apprenticeship that I am doing, because we are given so much support and our learning is really enjoyable.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new technical skills during my apprenticeship, and also improved my communication skills a lot.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The course is really well structured and we are given a lot of guidance during our course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have access to a lot of support, and if I ever need anything, I can just ask my assessor and she is always willing to help me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received a lot of support and individual sessions when I request any support for the qualifications I am working towards.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like my qualifications have improved my confidence which also did help me in my role a lot.

We have social activities like events before our work breaks which is really nice to meet new people.

Why?
I would recommend Inspire ATA because they have really helped me to improve my skills and confidence. I have never learned so much in such a short amount of time.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Inspire ATA Ltd.?
I would say it is really important to take advantage of all the opportunities you are given, and to try your best. Do not doubt yourself and just focus on presenting yourself in the best way you can.
