Why?
Well I have been with the company for almost 10 years and it has never felt like it was them or us, it is more like working with family and really close friends and the working environment is really good and could not recommend more.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
Just be yourself and don't feel nervous about applying because there are a lot of opportunities at BMW Group and I'm speaking firsthand on these opportunities, I started working with the agency to be taken on permanently and now doing my Level 3 Maintenance Apprenticeship. This is by far the best company I have worked for. Highly recommend BMW Group
