Day 2: Insights/interactive sessions on investment banking, capital markets and equity research
Day 3: Charity presentation + soft skills training
Day 4: Networking with professionals
Day 5: HR Q&A and networking lunch

It was really insightful and the various sessions were helpful since they were long enough to go into depth and answer any specific questions but also short enough to allow the explanations of all 5 divisions over two days. The applied sessions were particularly useful in getting a feel for what it is like on the job!

- Learnt about the different functions within a global investment bank
- Understood how to trade stocks based on news reports and their volatility
- Started to learn how to use PowerPoint professionally through shortcuts and alignment tools
- Discovered key interviewing skills that were applicable to future interviews

It was great, I felt very welcomed and the whole firm was quite kind and nice. There was a culture of working hard but also playing hard, which is good especially in an industry that focuses on working hard. The general atmosphere had an emphasis on training and cultivating personal and professional development.

I absolutely loved every part of it, and the only thing that can be improved is if there were more social events, but given the nature of the COVID pandemic, I understand why it may be hard to implement.
