I have learnt many new skills and this has enhanced my confidence, I have recently led a team with a new concept in changing the way we deliver support within adult social care and been able to apply learnt models and theories to underpin professional practice .

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very well organised and structures, can set myself weekly tasks and able to reflect on work experiences and how to utilise within course criteria. Due to demands of work pressures am able to adapt self study which also works really well for me. Have a objectives too.

2/5
Due to demands of the team my manager is always very busy but have been very well supported from the learning and development team and colleagues across the whole team.

5/5
Tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is always really good, answers any questions and takes calls whenever needed, feel very well supported.
Often have queries on meeting criteria and 'does this apply' etc and Kelly is always keen to make sure I am including all aspects of my role and new responsibilities.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Feel more confident, able to apply models and theories which is really good when leading a team, especially with new projects. I have refreshed own knowledge and skills and have saved many many resources to support my personal development in the future.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Not really, occasional gathering for small team mates. Some professional networking events, I have attended more of these events as feel more confident and knowledgeable from training/learning.
