Store manager, retail store, leading around 20 colleagues to deliver kpis and delight our customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it, education was never something I thought I would enjoy, however there is a mix of theory, presentations and projects which stretches me.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, lots of leadership skills, including time management, performance management. I have developed my commercial awareness as a result of the apprenticeship and I look for more ways to maximise profit in my store now.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Unfortunately I have had a few tutors which has slowed my progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am able to take all of my apprenticeship time, and I keep them updated with what I am doing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I mostly understand what is being asked, but the tutors are all very approachable and are there for support when I need help with anything.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I always did my job well, now I feel I have more knowledge and confidence to push outside of my role.
