My Role involves managing a team of 12 individuals on a daily basis. I run the team day to day with the help of a team leader and business manager. I am involved in giving feedback and training new collegues.

I have learnt skills such as how to be more self aware and how to use this within my team. I am going to be developing my skills as a senior team member to progress onto a team leader where this course will benefit me.

Very well organized. The tutor regularly checks in and makes sure you are fully aware of what needs to be done etc.

Why?
I would recommend this provider as they are able to support you through your apprentice to help you to gain new skills and better existing skills. They are a great provider as you are able to access a Level 3 qualification even when you may have already been to college or university. I feel like this provider is giving me a second chance at getting the qualification I wanted for so long without the need to apply at University.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Paragon Skills?
Take the opportunity to focus on what you want to achieve and go for it! You truly have nothing to lose :)
