I plan the work for my drivers, allocate their routes and over look our customers. I am a right hand to my manager and cover for him in his absence.

Yes I have. I learnt to communicate better, I recognised more on how the company works, I have better understanding of laws and procedures. I improved my people skills.

Corndel has made it very organised and structured. I like how the programme looks like and the ease of using the web site. It is very well done.

Yes
Why?
It is an ok company to work for. It certainly got better over the last few years. It is low paying company but I enjoy what I do.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PHS Group?
We are like family in the depots. loyalty and commitment are important.
