Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

• Support Head of Sales to create a flow of sustained employer pipelines and to ensure the successful execution of all sales, growth, and marketing activity within the employability sales arena
• Support the overall strategic management of all employability employers and customer relationship activities by effective leadership of the salespeople within my team
• Measure and analyse ROI on all Marketing activity which will support decision making on growth
• Ensure that a culture of performance management is embedded within my direct reports with clear objectives and KPIs set and regularly monitored
• Support Head of Sales to ensure open, transparent, and effective communication across the sales function
