It was really well structured with timings for different units allocated, so I knew where I was and how much was left to complete. Regular meetings with college tutor for one to one and essential skills took place

phs were very supportive of my apprenticeship and development, giving me a day a week to complete the apprenticeship. My line manager and team supported me really well with reviews and observations

Fortnightly meetings were held to go through the learning requirements, mock tests and review work that I had completed and submitted for marking.

It was noticed from me completing my PDR how much I had learnt whilst doing the apprenticeship - as a result of completing I was given a promotion
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Internal social media platform (Yammer) where there are many groups that we can join, for example - photography, hobbies and interests, pets, cookery. There is also an apprenticeship group where people share best practice and ask questions. This is the potential to win vouchers for various competitions.
