I work within a team on the UBS Wealth management floor and help manage the books of our client advisors.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much so - A great experience in the banking world, alongside getting a degree and professional qualifications at university.

I have learnt how to manage my time a lot better and also it has given me the belief I can benefit from independent learning.

It is well structured. It is clearly organized with 4 clear UBS working days and the 1 study day each week.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My team and employer offer a lot of support when it comes to guiding me through the tasks I do on the desk. they also provide help on the university work too.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They make sure the Uni course is tailored around the professional qualifications and provide weekly lectures to ensure I stay on track.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualifications are hugely beneficial to understanding the job at desk as they correlate and make me understand the process rather than just performing the tasks.
