To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is somewhat interesting but is difficult to balance with day-to-day work. Also some of the management of the programme has been poor.

Somewhat well structured but sometimes key changes have been made without effective communication.

One day a week of 'on the job' learning, which I use as a study day.

Little direct support on the programme but it is not required. I have mostly been given the time to complete it.

At the moment, to some extent. As I progress to more senior positions I think this will improve.
