Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Day to day people queries, partnering Operators, facilitating sessions with operators, project planning, collaborating with other HR departments
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
It was difficult to get back into learning but now I have rhythm and routine its become part of what I do, I would recommend it to anyone. There are times when I could use a week off in between modules as you get behind quickly when on annual leave.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have never worked in HR before so everything is new, from the Professional Map to day to day job shadowing and on the job learning.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
There are too many platforms, it all needs to be in one place, the platforms themselves are well structured and easy to navigate.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots, bi weekly check ins, support from the rest of my team and Coop Apprenticeship team are always to hand.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Mixed, change in LDC has meant a break in support, don't quite feel that that is up to previous support yet, and work hasn't all been marked from last month.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It gives me direction and a purpose to build a network, I wouldn't be so confident in my new role without it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Virtual book club, Aspire
