Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is to help assist and independently edit videos, create graphics for articles banners and tiles, provide information via a visual manner i.e handbook/ workbook, photography assets for videos etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the programme a lot more than I had anticipated as it allows me to be creative and produce content I am proud of, whilst learning new skills and meeting new people:)
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to use new softwares such as premire pro for video editing, Indesign to help create images and lightroom which is used with photoshop.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is a clear schedule where I am given time to complete off the job training as part of my apprenticeship, as well as people I can go to for support, such as line manager and development coach who create regular catch ups to ensure I am on track and organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I would say I receive endless support, as I am step by step talked through my tasks set to me, am always reminded to ask questions or resolve any issues I have with workload, and overall have a good support system from my employer
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Like my employer, I am always in the loop with having catch up sessions where I am able to ask any questions I may have or mention if I am struggling, in which my training provider helps ensure I am equipped with the knowledge and skills moving forward in my apprenticeship
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My training provides me with new knowledge I can implement into my job role as I can use new knowledge and skills to help produce and share ideas about what I have learnt at my workplace
