Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I mainly design things for the company, such as letterheads and leaflets. I also work on social media and come up with posts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it, especially the designing side of it. The people at the company are also really nice and helpful.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt how to use Canva and InDesign. I have also learnt a lot about coding and marketing principles through my course

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship course is not that well organised and was confusing at the beginning and is still quite confusing. However the company itself is pretty organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot from support particularly from my colleagues. They are quick to help and provide me with great solutions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good amount of support. I got a really good amount of revision material from my tanning provider however communication can be slow sometimes
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Pretty well, I have learnt a lot about the technical side of marketing which I have applied to my work.
