My role is a business admin apprentice. My responsibilities are setting up initial assessments and checking new starts data on PICS.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme due to being made welcome and having an amazing team who are always there offering support and guidance.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my IT skills by using PICS, My Skills and Smart VLE, and my confidence in speaking to new people on the phone.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very organised as I was given the proper training and support from my team. I speak with my manager [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] on a daily basis to support me when needed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager is always willing to offer support and guidance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is always willing to offer support and guidance and have a catch up every 2 weeks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have only started a week ago and i already developed my IT skills and confidence on the phone on a day-to-day basis.
